Eskate, rolling of steel

Eskate is a company serving the metalworking industry and we specialized in rolling of steel.

We roll several different profiles, for example round and square /rectangular tubing, angle iron, flatbar, channels and i-beams into arches and circles.

We can roll plates up to 20mm thick at a maximum width of 2500mm into cylinders.

Quality management
Continuous controls during all steps of production ensures a high quality standard. All materials delivered, are logged and labelled. After receiving a written order, the jobcard is issued. Before rolling, the material is checked with the details on the job card.

After rolling, the product is labelled and a final check is done. On collection of goods, items and quantities are verified again.

These steps are implemented to minimize human error by cross checking each other.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that correct material with correct dimensions are collected.
